CL Bryant on Racial Exploitation
CL Bryant joined Sean to discuss his anger of the politicization of Trayvon Martin’s tragic killings. “This was a horrible tragedy,” began Hannity, “There’s been a rush to judgment here.” “It is a tragedy that a seventeen year old is dead,” quickly added Bryant, “But what’s going on in Sanford Florida is appalling.” “You’ve talked about Rev. Al Sharpton as if he’s acting as ‘a buzzard circling around the carcass of this young boy,’” pressed Hannity. “Sharpton is trying to relive his heyday that he had back in the sixties,” explained Bryant, “This story is still evolving.” “What has happened in this country when the large problems in the classroom went from talking in the class and chewing gum and you fast forward to today where there’s gangs and drugs and killings,” asked Hannity, “What’s happening?” “In my mov ie, Runaway Slave, you’ll see that when you take the male out of the home then you set the young children up for failure.” For more on Reverend Bryant’s movie and to see a sneak peek, click here.

Terror at 35,000 Feet
Sean was joined by Laurie Dhue and retired NYPD officer Paul Babakitis to get an eye-witness account of a strange story involving a Jet Blue captain, Clayton Osbon, who seemingly lost his wits while on a flight from New York to Las Vegas. Passengers on the flight were able to restrain the pilot and an off-duty pilot on-board was able to take over the controls and help land the plane. “With all the hours of experience this pilot had, it sounds like something went wrong,” began Hannity, “Is that a good assessment?” “I have some experience dealing with emotional instability and I can’t speculate what it is but something triggered him off,” offered Babakitis who was one of the passengers on the flight responsible for restraining Osbon. “Laurie, you said this was something out of a movie,” asked Hannity. “Once this was over we were all hugging and high-fiving,” laughed Dhue, “I think that speaks to the spirit of New Yorkers.” To watch some live footage of this incident, check out this video here
Obama Care Fight Continues
Susan Estrich and Jay Sekulow joined Sean to give an update on the Supreme Court battles that are ensuing over the future of Obama Care. “The foundations of all of these arguments are to ask if there are any limitations to what the commerce clause can mandate,” explained Hannity. “I’m arguing that the courts should show some deference to Congress,” offered Estrich, “I think the Chief Justice needs to consider the role of the court and the legitimacy of the court as to a highly political issue in a highly political system.” “The Government has intentionally not used the word ‘tax’ for various political reasons,” countered Sekulow, “Declaring the individual mandate here is not disparaging the Supreme Court, it’s doing what justices are supposed to do, which is to make the tough decisions.” To hear arguments from the Supreme Court’s session today, click here.

Today’s “Hot Topic” From The Hannity Forums:
Santorum challenges Romney to “bowl-off” before Wisconsin primary – Miami_Marlins_Fan
Santorum has challenged Mitt Romney to a bowling match the day before the Wisconsin Primary. Looks like he wants a televised bowling challenge to help settle who will win Wisconsin. Santorum is going around bowling alleys in Wisconsin, playing bowling games to show people that he is a commoner just like them. His campaign spokeswoman is going around spreading the message that Santorum has his own bowling ball and is a very good bowler. The campaign believes that this is a winning strategy, as it will show voters that Santorum is normal just like them, while Romney is so out of touch that he can't bowl.
