Attack On The Rich And Wealthy Former "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" host Robin Leach joined Sean in the show's second hour to address the attack on the rich and wealthy by the Obama administration. Reach expressed his distaste for the administration's inability to recognize that those people who are wealthy "worked their tushy's off." The “Lifestyles” host shared some background stories of the millionaires he featured on his show. Leach explained to Sean that he fears the U.S. is headed down the same path to socialism that has gripped the UK. America must stop this march towards socialism because it will cripple and destroy our nation as we know it. Leach is a strong proponent for capitalism and expressed his desire to bring back the idea of competition and return the U.S. to it's founders intentions. Senator Marco Rubio joined Sean on the NewsMaker Hotline to address his recent slip-up when he referred to himself as Vice President for the Romney campaign should he get the nomination. Rubio explained he was not interested in the Vice President position. "The bigger point is we've got a lot of really talented people out there that Mitt Romney can get to pick from," Rubio said. "And I think a lot, Senator Rob Portman would be a phenomenal choice for vice president. That's where I would encourage him to look because I'm enjoying my service in the Senate." Rubio touched on the current race for the White House in November. The Florida Senator felt that it was a mistake for both parties about wanting more government to fix the problems of America. "The push towards bigger government is adding to the current plight of America more so than fixing the issues," Rubio explained. Rubio also reinforced his opinions and support for Governor Romney. Rubi o believes that Romney is a strong candidate because he believes in the free enterprise system and will ultimately lead our nation away from the plight of Obama's administration. Obama's Campaign Strategy: Divide And Conquer President Obama, for obvious reasons, has refused to run on his record this election season. Instead, he has resorted to the politics of division, by using outrageous class warfare rhetoric to attack his opponents. Yesterday, he attempted to paint his chief rival, Mitt Romney, as an out-of-touch member of the one percent. Anybody in the Obama administration that accuses somebody else of being oversensitive is suffering from a case of Obama-mania because it is very evident that class warfare has been and will continue to be the go-to strategy for the Obama re-election machine. Sean was joined by Romney campaign supporter John McCain to discuss the president's strategy to pit American's against one another in order to win a second term and hang on to the White House. McCain felt Obama's strategy of class warfare was a bad one. "I don't think that class warfare is going to work. And we will be making case that the difference is that Barack Obama believes that government cre ates jobs. Mitt Romney has a record and a belief that the business community creates jobs, and he's gone out and he's created jobs and he's saved jobs, including, by the way, the U.S. Olympics in Salt Lake City."
