Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani joined Sean to give his update on the 2012 campaign. “President Obama is reaching out to those he calls the 99 percent but those are the people he’s hurt the most,” began Giuliani in reference to Sean’s question about the President’s job performance. The mayor continued, “Instead of giving graduating students jobs, he wants to give them better terms on their loans.” “What I don’t understand is Bill Clinton realized his policies weren’t working and he changed,” questioned Hannity, “Obama seems to be shrinking in the public’s eyes.” Recently, Mayor Giuliani made headlines by officially supporting Governor Mitt Romney for President. You can watch coverage of his endorsement, here. “We have a candidate in Mitt Romney, who has a great understanding of our economy,” continued the mayor, “I think there’s a lot of money from people sitting on the sidelines who’re afraid to invest in America.” With all the successes of America’s mayor, having a proven leader who’s won in Democrat-friendly New York City will make for a great ally in the race against President Obama. War on Terror Congressman Peter King, Brigitte Gabriel Founder and President of Act for America, and Mike Ghouse, President of America Together Foundation, join Sean to discuss The Obama White House’s claims that The War on Terror is over. “Is the war on terror over,” plainly asked Sean of the panel. “No,” quickly replied Congressman King, “There are a whole list of people in the US who’ve been radicalized and, in many ways, the threat is greater than it was in 2001 because we knew who the enemy was then and now we have lots of smaller groups who are recruiting people in our own country.” “We scratch our heads at the direction that this administration is taking us in,” agreed Gabriel, “Many of the actions of the Obama administration show us that they refuse to address the ideology, you can say that we’ve destroyed Al Qaeda but we haven’t destroyed the ideology.” “Islamic radicalism is not in the United States,” argued Ghouse, “There is no group supporting it, there’s no record.” “That’s not true,” countered King, “There are a large number of people in this country who are radical Islamic sympathizers and capable of violence.” The war on terror, as Israel can share with us, will never really be over but the violence in the US can be prevented with the proper leadership. Certainly, this is leadership that doesn’t appear to be present now. |
“Secret” Service Former Agent and Senatorial Candidate Dan Bongino joined Sean to talk about the current outlandish behavior from the President’s detail. “You were a Secret Service agent for President Bush and Obama,” began Hannity, “It’s a great honor and I this is why I don’t want every agent’s good name to be diminished.” In relation to the latest controversies surrounding allegations that several of President Obama’s Secret Service agents were involved in sexual scandal while on duty, Bongino offered, “This is a devastating story and to personally know some of the people involved has been devastating but shining a spotlight on this story is the best disinfectant.” “Do you know any of the people involved,” questioned Hannity, “This was obviously not a pattern of behavior?” “This is not behavior indicative of an agent,” argued Bongino, “This job is so stressful that I’m amazed they had the time to do any of these things.” Should this be considered a national embarrassment?
