WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED * Obama mocked the distinction Romney's campaign made between offshoring and outsourcing in response to a recent Washington Post story on Bain Capital's history of moving jobs overseas, according to a pool report. "You cannot make this stuff up," the president said at a campaign event in New Hampshire. "If you're a worker whose jobs went overseas — you don't need someone who is going to explain to you the difference between outsourcing and offshoring. You need somebody who's going to wake up every day and fight for American jobs." * The billionaire Koch brothers and the CATO Institute have announced the terms of last week's settlement, the end of a legal battle over control of the libertarian think tank. President Ed Crane will step down, and former BB&T CEO John Allison will take over. David Koch will remain on the group's board, but Charles Koch will not. * Businessman Anthony Gemma's primary challenge to Rep. David Cicilline (D-R.I.) is off to a rocky start. At this weekend's state convention, according to a local Democratic blogger, no one would even second Gemma's nomination. The state's Progressive Democrats have also endorsed Cicilline. WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T MISS * Massachusetts Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren will introduce President Obama at a fundraiser tonight. "Time to work on my speech!" she tweeted Sunday. The high-profile appearance comes as Warren recharges her campaign after a rough few months. * Romney will campaign in Virginia on Tuesday. Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) will headline a lunchtime fundraiser for the Republican candidate, but Romney will not attend that event and the two will not appear together. Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli (R) is expected to appear with Romney in Salem.   * An internal poll released by the campaign of Missouri Senate candidate John Brunner shows the businessman up 20 points in the GOP primary. He takes 40 percent of the vote; state Treasurer Sarah Steelman and Rep. Todd Akin get 20 percent each. The winner of the Aug. 7 primary will face Sen. Claire McCaskill (D). * Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice — who reportedly stole the show at Romney's Utah confab this past weekend — is hosting her first Washington, D.C. fundraiser tonight.
