After the decision, the Republican candidate changed his website to read, "Obamacare upheld – Elections have consequences" — with a big DONATE button. * In a closed door meeting of House Republicans, Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.) compared the Supreme Court's health-care ruling to the September 11th terrorist attacks. He immediately apologized, saying the remarks were "thoughtless and he "did not intend to minimize any tragedy our nation has faced." * President Obama was among those misled by an erroneous CNN report on the health-care decision, leading to a moment of confusion when White House counsel Kathyrn Ruemmler entered the room and gave him a thumbs-up. * The House voted this afternoon to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress. Most Democrats walked out in protest, but 17 House Democrats broke ranks to vote for contempt. As we wrote earlier this week, focusing on the gunwalking operation is a political loser for both parties. WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T MISS * Harvard Law Professor Elizabeth Warren (D) has agreed to a radio debate with Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) on WTKK-FM. She's still pressuring him to do two regional TV debates. * First Lady Michelle Obama spoke at African Methodist Episcopal Church's national conference in Nashville today, urging church leaders to help turn out the vote. "These are not just political issues; they are moral issues," she said. * The brother-in-law of Rep. John Tierney (D-Mass.) says the lawmaker "knew everything" about a racketeering scheme. Daniel Eremian, who was sentenced to three years in federal prison, said Tierney threw "my sister under the bus for his career." Patrice Tierney, the congressman's wife and Eremian's brother, is on probation for helping another brother file false tax returns. THE FIX MIX Forget the Supreme Court.
