Coach Rick Curl arrested, charged with sexual abuse of swimmer

Longtime Montgomery County swim coach Rick Curl surrendered to police this morning to face one count of child abuse. The charge is based on allegations that Curl had a sexual relationship with a young swimmer in the 1980s.
