Federal offices in Washington will be closed Monday

Federal offices in the Washington area will be closed Monday because of Hurricane Sandy. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management says most non-emergency employees will be granted administrative leave for their scheduled working hours, although emergency employees will be required to report to work.
