Storm closes federal offices in D.C. area on Tuesday

Federal offices in the Washington area will be closed on Tuesday for a second consecutive day because of Hurricane Sandy. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management says most non-emergency employees will be granted administrative leave for their scheduled working hours, although emergency employees will be required to report to work.
