Defeat Should Serve Only To Strengthen Our Resolve
Special guest host Rose Tennent took the Hannity airwaves today, who filled in for Sean who's taking a few well deserved days off during the Thanksgiving holiday. Tennent started the show with a special message to Sean's fans and loyal conservatives across the country who were disappointed with the outcome from the recent presidential election. "Many people have come up to me and have expressed their disappointment about the election. I think that you should be very proud of the work that all of you have done," Tennent explained. "Defeat should serve only to strengthen our resolve. We still have a battle to fight and there is still so much for us to do. We posses some of the greatest weapons possible in this battle - our solidarity, our resolve and love of liberty. We must be strong and courageous because there is work ahead of us," Tennent advised. Rose read a quote from Winston Churchill that summed up her monologue nicely. "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts," said Churchill.

Santorum: Turn Black Friday Into Red, White & Blue Friday
Sen. Rick Santorum joined Tennent in the show's final hour and talked about a new intiative he is a part of to help encourage consumers to buy American. How? By participating in the "Made in the USA Christmas Challenge" organized by Patriot Voices, the grassroots political committee founded by Santorum. You know what's on your Christmas list. You know your budget. But did you know that a large percentage of our Christmas gift dollars go overseas? That's right. Many of the gifts that end up under the Christmas tree are manufactured in other countries. Santorum challenged Sean's audience to pledge online to buy as many products as they can that are made in the U.S., starting on Black Friday and for the rest of the holiday shopping season. Rep. West Will 'Fight For Conservative Principles'
Tucker Carlson, filling in for Sean on 'Hannity' invited Rep. Allen West onto the show to discuss his future plans after recently conceding the race for Florida's 18th District to his Democratic challenger, Patrick Murphy. "We've got a great amount of support down here in South Florida, across the state of Florida and across the country. Right now the most important thing is to enjoy Thanksgiving with the family," West told Carlson. Although disappointed with the election outcome, West offered some sound advice to his fellow conservatives. "We can continue to fight for conservative principles and values for the restoration of this constitutional republic. You don't have to have a title to be able to do it," West explained. "That's the greatness of this republic and that the citizens really do have the power to make an effect upon their government. And that's what we'll continue to do to fight for the liberties and freedoms and democrac ies that we enjoy." So what does the future hold for the former senator?
