Obama Meets...After the Deadline
President Obama has decided to leave the campaign trail behind to meet with top Congressional leaders – John Boehner, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell – on Friday. In other words, he's known that these cuts were coming for 16 months and has decided to meet after the deadline passes. Is this what is considered governing or leading in Washington? When Senate Republicans proposed the idea of letting President Panic himself have “flexibility” to make decisions about these cuts, suddenly Obama is concerned about taking unilateral executive action. Convenient. As I pointed out yesterday, Democrats fear that the worst thing that could happen is that these cuts go into effect on Friday and everyone survives without so much as a blip on their daily radar. Based on Obama's planned meeting on Friday, it seems as though these cuts are inevitable. For more on this, click here.

Outrageous Statement of the Day: Ellison
If you missed last night's Hannity, you missed fireworks in what some are calling an epic meltdown on the part of my guest Democrat Rep. Keith Ellison. It's too outrageous to describe, so I will let you watch it for yourself.   Honestly, I am glad that the American people got to see this implosion. I think we are witnessing the beginning of the end of the Obama Democrats. What I hoped would have been a rational discussion about the big issues of our day – particularly Obama's ever-growing $6.6 trillion debt – turned into an unhinged rant about anything but the topic at hand. Liberals like Ellison and others are losing it, and it is highlighting the recklessness of the Democratic Party. This is the same man who, earlier in the day, called for the debt clock on Capitol Hill to be removed. Seriously! During a House Financial Services Committee hearing Tuesday on the budget, Keith Ellison along with Maxine Waters complained that displaying the debt clock was nothing but a “prop designed to message ideologically.” T here is nothing ideological about our growing debt. It's a fact. It is math. It is also real money that our children will one day have to pay back. Every man, woman and child in this country now owes $53,000 in federal debt. That doesn't even count the unfunded liabilities, which pushes that debt to nearly $400,000 for every man, woman and child in America. For more on this crazy idea, click here.
ObamaCare Adds to Deficit
Do you remember the days when our Panderer-in-Chief promised that ObamaCare “ will not add to our deficit over the next decade?” Now we know, based on the recent GAO report that ObamaCare will add $6.2 trillion to our long-term deficits. Are we to expect Obama to call for spending cuts to the tune of $6.2 trillion now that these “savings” have not materialized? Obviously not, considering the fact that the world is going to end on Friday as $85 billion in cuts go into effect. These politicians in Washington are really good at spinning the “facts” in their favor, inevitably sticking YOU with the bill for their ideological gain. For more, click here

Today's "Hot Topic" From the Hannity Forums:
Universal DNA Testing? - Posted by The Duke
Some states are trying to pass laws that would make DNA testing as standard as finger printing. If you get arrested, for any reason, you are subject to a DNA test. While I see the arguments on both sides of the issue, this seems like too far of an intrustion into privacy by government, and think the current system where a court order is needed to obtain a DNA test is still best.

Are Senate Republicans preparing to cave to the president and give him the sole authority to cut the budget? We'll ask House Majority Whip Rep. Kevin McCarthy.
