In this week's address, Congressman Bill Shuster, Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, discusses the FAA furloughs caused by President Obama's sequester. Instead of leading, the President played politics and allowed massive flight delays to occur across the nation. It's time to stop this manufactured crisis and end these unnecessary delays.
