Presidency In Trouble?
I want to start today with a question. How do you know when your Presidency is in trouble? I’ll give you thirty seconds, okay no I won’t. You know when the most reliable political hacks in your party employ, as their best defense for you, that you’re not guilty of Nixonian plotting, just Carteresque incompetence. That’s what they’re saying! They’re saying, “He’s not guilty of lawlessness!” I’m going to get into this some more over the coming weeks but oh, how the mighty have fallen! You need to read this

Did Eric Holder Lie?
This is now the question being investigated by the House Judiciary Committee, and it is not a question to be taken lightly: Did Attorney General Eric Holder lie under oath to Congress? When asked by Congress just two weeks ago about the Justice Department looking into the personal records of journalists, he gave the following testimony: “With regard to the potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material, that is not something that I've ever been involved in, heard of or would think would be a wise policy.” The only problem is, we know that is false .. untrue .. it is a lie. We know that Fox News' James Rosen's personal emails were accessed by the Justice Department with the consent of Eric Holder himself who went to not one but three judges until he finally found one who would sign off on the search warrant. So either he lied to Congress or he lied to the judge in order to secure his search warrant. When it comes to Congress, the e vidence of wrongdoing is overwhelming. So now we turn to the next question: Can Eric Holder survive this? Should he be fired? In my humble opinion, Holder has got to go. If for no other reason that to reestablish some semblance of credibility to this administration. It would be a start, but let's face it, they would still have a long way to go. IRS Targeting Continues
Yesterday Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice filed a lawsuit on behalf of 27 conservative groups that were targeted by the IRS. The documents associated with the lawsuit show two very disturbing conclusions: The targeting of groups was more pervasive than we were initially led to believe, and this practice went into high levels within the IRS. The other astounding news revealed by Sekulow last night on Hannity was that conservative groups were still receiving such targeted requests for invasive answers as recently as three weeks ago! More information will be revealed as Jay Sekulow's lawsuit makes its way through federal court. One thing is for certain: The administration and the IRS' initial story is unraveling quickly. Both Sides Do It and Are Just As Bad - Posted by PeterGriffin
George Mason University's Center for Media and Public Affairs came out with a report that says Republicans lie more.  That kind of lazy equivalence in the title has always been a pet peeve when one side is demonstrably much worse.
