White House connection to corruption expands

As the scope of the IRS scandal continues to grow, the extent to which the White House engaged in corruption in multiple government agencies expands. Not only is it becoming apparent that IRS illegal targeting of conservatives goes much deeper than initially reported, but a multiplicity of Cabinet level agencies within the executive branch had a direct connection with political operatives in the White House whose sole purpose was to get Obama reelected.

The Examiner has already reported thoroughly on the dubious relationship betweenIRS commissioner Lois Lerner and White House harassment of the Tea Party and other conservative groups. But other key figures are emerging as central figures in thescandal, such as former IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman, who visited the White House a whopping 157 times during Obama's first term -- more than any other Obama Cabinet official.

In addition, the Examiner has learned that the second, third, and fourth most visits to the White House by Cabinet officers were those of former Acting Commerce Secretary Rebecca Blank, Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez, and Obama's nominee for permanent Commerce Secretary, Penny Pritzker.

Sipsey Street Irregulars is reporting that Perez was the point man in the Justice Department for attacking voter I.D. laws, getting felony charges dropped against members of the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation in Philadelphia, and other such duties as head of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department.

Obama apparently rewarded Perez for these less than honorable activities by naming him as Secretary of Labor this year.

Pritzker, like Obama, is a Chicago native. She was named by Forbes as the 263rd riches person in the world, a billionaire, and as the one of the 100 most powerful women in the world. She was slated to become Obama's permanent Secretary of Commerce.

But the key to understanding Pritzker's role in the Obama machine is the fact that in 2012 she was national co-chair of Obama for America, one of the many various groups set up by the machine to promote Obama's reelection. In 2008 she was the national finance chair of Obama's presidential campaign.

Pritzker visited the White House 76 times during Obama's first term, the fourth highest on the list.

None of these facts are in themselves evidence of corruption. But the overall pattern may well indicate such corruption. Obama has displayed a consistent pattern of using political appointees as pawns in his political activities, where in their role as members of the Cabinet they can wield significant influence on behalf of Obama's agenda, his political campaigns, and his ultimate vision for America, not to mention the attempt toharass and intimidate political opponents.

It has already been shown beyond any reasonable doubt that Obama used the IRS as a bullying agency to target his political opponents and crush not only conservative political groups but evangelical Christian groups such as the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

But another pattern has developed with the administration. As it has been observed with Fast and Furious, Benghazi, and other scandals, what is not known and hidden from public view is much more expansive and dangerous than what has been disclosed.

The grave danger that lurks beneath the surface has been foreshadowed by the attempt of the Obama machine and the Justice Department to bully the press into silence on substantive news stories regarding administration corruption, graft, and tyranny.

The very fact that the administration secretly tapped into hundreds of phone records at the Associated Press and at Fox News, including the attempt to intimidate Fox News correspondent James Rosen and CBS News correspondent Sharyl Attkisson, should send chills up spines of any American, not just those who are liberty watchdogs.
