The time has come for conservatives to defund ObamaCare. Republicans in the House have voted over 30 times to repeal ObamaCare, but with Democrats in control of the Senate and the presidency, it's impossible to see how that will make impact. Yesterday on the program, Senator Ted Cruz called these votes meaningless. Republicans need to be realistic about the power that they do have; Republicans control the House, which means they control the purse strings. This means that their power lies in their ability to strip funding from ObamaCare. Republicans are willing to offer up a spending bill to fund the rest of the government, just not ObamaCare. If that's the case, and Democrats refuse to accept it, then it will be the Democrats who would be shutting down the government over ObamaCare. However, I doubt that is how the Obama-mania media will report it. The time has come for Republicans in Congress to support the defunding of ObamaCare, and if you don't then you deser ve to be primaried..( more) Benghazi Survivor Speaks It has been ten months since the terrorist attack in Benghazi, which left four brave Americans dead and others critically wounded. One of those wounded survivors is speaking out for the first time. His name is David Ubben and he was a Diplomatic Security agent. He remains at Walter Reed Medical Center to this day, recovering from wounds he incurred on the night of September 11, 2012. The man is a hero, who fought along side the Navy SEALs who were killed that night and risked his own life going back into the consulate under siege to recover the body of Sean Smith. According to the report from Fox News, Ubben defended the CIA annex along side Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty. He sat on the rooftop during the second wave of attacks as they were showered with mortar rounds, which killed Woods and Doherty and destroyed Ubben's right leg. Fox News reported this morning that Ubben then waited 20 hours for medical help. This is just sick. Our men and women deserve better th an this. This hero waited for 20 hours for someone from his country to rescue him. This is beyond outrageous. It's also outrageous that this terrorist attack has apparently landed on president Obama's "phony" list...( more) |

| Outrageous Use Of Our Tax Dollars How about we take a look at a few of the outrageous ways that your federal government chooses to spend your tax dollars. All of these examples come from CNSNews: A team from the University of California-Santa Cruz will spend nearly $300,000 of U.S. taxpayer money to study a rare language spoken by just 45,000 people in the Mariana Islands, which include the North Mariana Islands in Micronesia, a United States commonwealth, and Guam. The State Department through its Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor is planning to spend $450,000 in taxpayer dollars "to support programs that increase protection of transgender persons who face acute forms of violence and harassment" in other countries. And the scandal-ridden IRS is looking to hire a "diversity and inclusion" specialist, with a minimum salary of over $123,000 a year. Can't make this stuff up!
