Obama Abusing His Power Over Immigration Reform?
Yesterday, in the Rose Garden, President Obama arrogantly announced that he will use executive power to make major changes to the nation's immigration system - without Congress. "I'm beginning a new effort to fix as much of our immigration system as I can on my own, without Congress. As a first step, I'm directing the secretary of Homeland Security and the attorney general to move available and appropriate resources from our interior to our border," the president said.

Sean was joined by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and immigration attorney Francisco Hernandez for reaction to Obama's statements. Hernandez felt that Obama was compelled to act because of lack of movement on this issue in Congress. "The president is stuck because neither side will act," Hernandez explained. "The point of the matter is Congress is not doing anything."

County Sheriff Joe Arpaio felt that president's statement was a careful thoughtout plan by the Obama administration. "Thousands of kids are being dumped at Greyhound bus terminals - one child died yesterday! This is calculated by the president to cause controversy...hope the Congress does something, and then do the executive order. This is what it's all about. They can't control the border. And this is a game plan they're playing," the Sheriff continued.

Hillary Has an Answer for Hobby Lobby, Not Income Inequality
David Catanese, in an article for US News and World Report, discusses Mrs. Clinton's latest appearance in Aspen in which she failed to provide a solution for the issue of income inequality.

She called for a "concerted effort" built around "consensus," she warned that "it will only get worse" if left unaddressed, and she attempted to feel the pain of the malaise by channeling a whim of emotion of those hurting.

"They feel like they're falling behind. At best, maybe they're running in place," she said.

Catanese writes, "But for a politician who has stumbled in recent weeks in acknowledging her own wealth, Clinton is either unwilling or unprepared to dive into the guts of policy remedies that the left is looking for." To read entire article by David Catanese, please click here.
