Jailed Marine Tahmooressi back in Mexican Court
In a Mexican prison for over 120 days, Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi entered a federal court in Tijuana and faced four border officials who were involved in his March 31 arrest on weapons charges.

Four witnesses -- two Mexican soldiers and two Mexican border agents involved in Tahmooressi's arrest -- testified on Monday.

Jill Tahmooressi, mother of the jailed marine, joined Sean on Thursday's program to discuss her son's case. Government Excels at Spending our Tax Dollars
Our federal government is really good at spending your tax dollars, but it is not so great at keeping track of how your tax dollars are spent. There's a website called USASpending.gov that exists in order to provide more transparency in federal spending.

The problem is that only 2-7% of spending data is "fully consistent with agencies' records," according to a GAO report. This means that in 2012 alone, this website was unable to account for at least $619 billion from 302 federal programs.

This includes billions - with a "B" - from the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Interior, and the White House. The website also literally has no idea where money for 22% of federally awarded contracts has gone.

So much for the most transparent administration in history.
