This oath is important

John --

On January 3, your Congressman will take an oath:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

But will our lawmakers really support and defend the Constitution?  I can tell you from experience that for many of them, the answer will be “No” . . .  unless you stand with The Heritage Foundation and help lawmakers and the American people understand the importance of the Constitution and conservative principles.

Stand with Heritage today. Because Congress swears in right after the new year, your deadline to act is December 31.

The Washington Establishment is already preparing to make them forget their conservative beliefs, confuse them, tempt them, arm-twist them, brainwash them.

Stand with Heritage to help us counter the Establishment's influence and win victories on behalf of conservative principles.

Thank you for standing up for your conservative principles.

Sincerely,
Jim
Jim DeMint
President
