FiorinaCarly Fiorina is running for the Republican nomination for President in 2016.  Since the debates two weeks ago in Cleveland, Ms. Fiorina has surged onto the national scene. She started out as a secretary for a small real estate business eventually she would become a leader in technology, business and charity.  In just fifteen years Carly went from an entry-level employee to leading AT&T's spin-off of Lucent Technologies and, later, Lucent's North American operations.  Fiorina served as chief executive officer of Hewlett-Packard from 1999 to 2005.  As CEO of HP, she was the first woman to lead a Fortune 50 business.  Fiorina was considered one of the most powerful women in business during her tenure at Lucent and Hewlett-Packard.  
 
fortunoFormer Governor Luis Guillermo Fortuño served as the tenth Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. During his tenure as Governor, Fortuno served as president of the "New Progressive Party of Puerto Rico (PNP)" until 2013, and as a member of the Republican National Committee. He is also the first Republican representative from Puerto Rico to be elected to Congress in its history.  Since returning to private life Fortuno moved to Washington DC where he is a partner with the Steptoe & Johnson law firm in its Corporate, Securities & Finance Group and the Government Affairs and Public Policy Group.

Calvelli WCSJohn F. Calvelli  Wednesday August 12, 2015 was world elephant day .  The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), founded in 1895, has the clear mission to save wildlife and wild places across the globe.  John Calvelli is the Executive Vice President for the Public Affairs Division of WCS.  He helped found and currently Chairs the Executive Committee of the International Conservation Partnership (ICP), comprised of senior public affairs representatives from the major global U.S. conservation organizations. Calvelli is also a member of the New York State Environmental Leaders Group.

Senator Torricelli was elected to the Senate Democratic Leadership as the Chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.  Upon retiring from the Senate, Senator Torricelli established an international business consulting firm, Rosemont Associates, and a firm specializing in renovating and operating residential real estate.

dinapoliNew York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli, Democrat, is the 54th Comptroller of the state of New York. He is a former state assemblyman in New York, who was appointed as New York State Comptroller on February 7, 2007. He was formerly the Chairman of the Assembly Environmental Conservation Committee. DiNapoli is from Long Island.   Since taking Tom DiNapoli has aggressively fought misuse of public resources, strengthened one of the nation’s top public pension funds, and consistently spoken out against fiscal gimmicks, imprudent actions and government inefficiency.  He’s been making government more accountable and transparent to the people for more than 35 years.  Tom DiNapoli is an exemplary public servant.
 
MorseStephen S. Morse, Ph.D. is Director of the Center for Public Health Preparedness at Columbia University.  Professional interests include epidemiology of emerging infections (a concept he originated), international cooperation for infectious disease surveillance, and defense against bioterrorism. Dr. Morse recently returned to Columbia from 4 years in government service as Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Department of Defense, where he co-directed the Pathogen Countermeasures program and subsequently directed the Advanced Diagnostics program. His book Emerging Viruses was selected by "American Scientist" for its list of "100 Top Science Books of the 20th Century." 

 
grecoMichael Greco was appointed U.S. Marshall of the Southern District of New York by President Obama just last week, August 12, 2015.  Prior to this he served as Lieutenant in the New York State Police, a position he held since 2007, in which he serves as the New York State Police’s interagency liaison in New York City.  He has served with the New York State Police since 1982; prior to be being named Lieutenant, he served as a senior Investigator, Investigator, Station Commander, Sergeant, and Trooper. Greco was also a first responder on September 11, 2001.  He received his Associate’s Degree in 2012 from Excelsior College.
