K-12 School Proposes Removing Urinals and Making Bathrooms Gender Neutral

The recommendations include a proposal to convert two bathrooms to gender neutral bathrooms by removing urinals and replacing them with toilets and floor to ceiling privacy stalls. Students of both sexes would then be able to utilize both facilities.
