Home Caregivers, Alleging Fraud, Push to Decertify Union That Deducts Dues

The current contract between the state and SEIU allows the union to deduct 3 percent, or up to $948 a year, from Medicaid payments to personal care assistants who are part of the union, including those who are family members of the person needing care.
