Since Texas defunded Planned Parenthood in 2011 there has been an endless parade of studies arguing that the Lone Star State is facing a public-health crisis. The latest such study emerged last week, conducted by the Texas-based Center for Public Policy Priorities, and it argues that Texas's choice to defund Planned Parenthood has been "terrible for Texas women."
