Good morning from Washington, where we too are talking about the capture of the suspected Waffle House shooter. By law, the suspect shouldn't have been able to use the apparent murder weapon, Amy Swearer writes. After an admiring tweet from rapper Kanye West, everyone's asking: "Who's Candace Owens?"
