Michael Cohen, president Trump’s former personal attorney and fixer, reached a plea deal with government prosecutors in the Southern District of New York Tuesday afternoon, ABC News first reported.
It remains unclear whether Cohen, who was being investigated for tax and bank fraud as well as federal election law violations, has agreed to cooperate with other ongoing federal probes as part of the deal.
