Good morning from Washington, where news Jeff Sessions is out as attorney general comes soon after President Trump's sometimes raucous press conference to declare victory in the midterm elections. Democrats don't like that the acting attorney general has criticized the special counsel's Russia probe. Fred Lucas reports.
