How Are You, Really? Confronting the Other Pandemic Annemarie McLean January 26, 2021 How are you, really? I ask the question simply because it needs to be asked — both of others and myself. Like so many, my mind is preoccupied with an abundance of concerns. Like the one about my 70-year-old friend who is on day eight of COVID seclusion, having his food delivered outside his bedroom door by his wife. Or my 15-year-old daughter’s question playing on repeat in my mind regarding when, or even if, she’ll ever be able to go to high school without a mask. She said she misses seeing her friends’ faces. I said, “Be glad you’re even in school.” Add my grocery store encounter yesterday to the list. I made eye contact with a fellow shopper across the aisle and smiled at them. I was immediately hit with, “Did they know I smiled? Could they read the smile through my eyes? They certainly couldn’t see it through the mask!” Compound these fleeting thoughts with a hundred others each day exacerbated by our current realities. Together, they suggest that we’re in the midst of a mental health pandemic of epic proportions. The weight of these realizations, along with a sense of selfless duty that “we all need to bear our own load” made me feel very alone in my thoughts. Chances are I am far from alone in feeling alone. I know it's incomprehensible to many, but Trump supporters were not significantly involved in the invasion.

What❓❗ yep, it's true. You see President Trump was still speaking when the invasion began. Check the time-line.

• Fact,, it takes 45 minutes to walk the 1.6 miles from the Ellipse to the Capitol building.
• The invaders were in place asTrump began the speech.
• Fact: Trump told his supporters to be PEACEFUL AND PATRIOTIC.
• Law enforcement reports the bombs were in place the NIGHT BEFORE❗

Trump supporters know the left is pushing a false narrative, once again. And private citizen Donald Trump will have no barriers in this farce of a trial. He can call as a witness ANYONE he wants. He should start with Pelosi and her staff. Chuck you Schumer and his staff.

John Kerry, ole Bolt Neck, the Centimillionaire suggested that the Keystone Pipeline employees made BAD choices in their chosen jobs. They now can go and make solar panels.

White House climate czar John Kerry on Wednesday recommended that oil and gas workers should pivot to manufacturing solar panels if their jobs are eliminated as a consequence of the Biden administration’s environmental policies. Yes that's right, go from $100k job to just above the proposed minimum wage at $19 an hour. 

Can you spell SOLYNDRA? Yep, the solar panel company at the heart of the Barack Hussein Obama government loan scandal, look for it all over again. 

1. In 2009, the California-based green energy solar panel manufacturer Solyndra received a $535 million loan. The stimulus-funded loan, which was originally applied for in 2006 under the Bush Administration, was guaranteed by the Department of Energy.

2. While visiting Solyndra in May of 2010, President Barack Obama claimed Solyndra was “leading the way toward a brighter and more prosperous future.”

3. In August of 2011, The Washington Post reported that Solyndra shut down, "leaving 1,100 people out of work and taxpayers obligated for $535 million in federal loans." According to Solyndra Chief Executive Brian Harrison, "Regulatory and policy uncertainties made it impossible to raise capital to quickly rescue the operation."
