Breaking: Rudy Giuliani’s Manhattan Apartment Raided in Federal Investigation

Federal agents executed a search warrant at the New York City apartment of Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday morning to seize electronic devices and collect evidence in connection to an ongoing Department of Justice criminal investigation, according to the New York Times.

Giuliani, former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, is the subject of a probe related to his activities in Ukraine during the 2020 election cycle.

It is rare and unusual for federal prosecutors to seek and secure approval for a search warrant for legal work that falls under the umbrella of attorney-client privilege.
