Morning Jolt: The Nightmare of War in Europe Returns

On the menu today: Russia has invaded Ukraine, and it is likely that we are about to witness a horrifying bloodbath of modern war. Far too many of those who confidently declared Vladimir Putin would never launch a full-scale invasion fell into the "mirroring" trap.
