Morning Jolt: Democrats Prepare to Ride or Die with Biden

I won't dwell on this, because I know that everyone at that infamous dinner is a narcissist who hungers to be the center of attention, but I just wish that Donald Trump could denounce Holocaust-denying white nationalist Nick Fuentes with one tenth of the rage, fury, disdain, and contempt that he's denounced people and institutions such as Florida governor Ron DeSantis, Virginia governor Glenn Youngkin, and ahem, National Review. The fact that he can't or won't tells you just about everything you need to know about him.

Elsewhere on the menu today, Axios reports that the White House is already pivoting to a schedule and approach that represents a soft open to President Biden's reelection bid. Biden's enjoying a renewed sense of confidence from the rest of his party after the midterms, but it's fair to ask whether Democrats did okay in the midterms because of Biden or in spite of him.
