Biden Signs Law That Could Ban TikTok, but Keeps Campaign Account This week, President Joe Biden signed into law legislation that forces TikTok's Chinese owner, ByteDance, to either sell the app to a neutral third party within 270 days, or have the app blocked in the American market.
